The Making of a Dream

I don't know when or where or how I came to love the Morgan Horse, all I know is from a very young age, I couldn't wait to own one!  When I bought my first Morgan mare in 1977, I was on my way, the dream had a beginning!  Over the years, with the purchase of a young stallion, Hawkeye's Maple Leaf in 1980, my dream expanded into not just owning, but breeding and raising quality Morgan horses.

Through the years, a divorce and relocation gave me a new beginning, and a new address, but I kept the original dream and never gave up on it!  After all of the times of getting knocked down and getting back up, I still never gave up!  My Morgans taught me that...  to put your shoulders into it and push with your HEART!  I even changed my last name to MORGAN, due to my love for the breed!!  Together,  we became the Can't-Anchor-Us Morgans (CAUM) ... the Morgans on the Move!

No one conquers, who does not fight!!

"I have many times been driven to my knees, when I believed I had no place else to go! " Abraham Lincoln

My dear friend Amanda writes:   "Pam your heart is so true. Nothing true is done in vain. Times of hardship, sorrow, and question, afford us an opportunity to do exactly as you have: to express gratitude, love, and count our blessings. "

Now with over 30 years of dreaming, my Morgans have fulfilled my dreams, and exceeded my expectations!  I still continue to dream, to plan, to breed some of the best Morgans in the area!  Visit my herd to see for yourself, and whether you are looking to breed, buy, lease, or just TALK...  contact me and we will talk Morgans ... perhaps for hours!  Oh, and ... bring a chair, I just might talk your leg off!
